Our pioneering work with conceptualising Customer Centricity through customer journey mapping and use of emerging technologies like neural networks to understand drivers of customer loyalty laid the basis for our future practice.
Commercialisation
From the very start our focus has been to explore and document commercial effect of customer loyalty. Through systematic use of commercial figures, we have established valid methodology for assessing commercial potential of investing in customer loyalty.
Future Sales
Our contribution to academic research is rooted in several collaborative projects with our partners, Copenhagen Business School and Danish Industry. Most prominent academic contribution is the Future Sales project.
Activation
In recent years, we have directed our efforts into developing tools to activate customer insights. Today they are being widely used by our clients on different organisational levels ranging from broad corporate initiatives to individual customer dialogues.
Promoting Customer Centricity in B2B
Alongside our practical and academic involvement, we have engaged actively in promoting Customer Centricity as a management discipline in B2B companies. Our latest activity is the annual Nordic B2B CX conference.
